I came in and bought a phone and had them switch over my daughters phone numbers to a new phone company. They took the time to make sure all of my phone screens were protected and also made sure that all my phones were switched over and ready to go! This was great customer service on their part and made sure that we were taken care of from the best phone chargers to the best phone protection and the best service. Thanks again E-Tech!!

I was going out to purchase a new Iphone because my old Iphone was acting up. I made my decision on which model, and was okay with the price. However, I decided to do a little more homework and see how much it would cost to fix my older Iphone (which was only two years old). Pay 700 for a new phone, or pay a little over 100 to fix my old phone. Easy decision. eTECH didn't stop there though. They went above and beyond and met with me after store hours to get my phone back to me as soon as possible. Talk about great customer service! And of course, the phone works perfect again. I will be returning.

They were able to get a screen protector and case for a beloved friend, my Blackberry Z-30. The screen protector in particular is SOOoo nice; resists finger prints, does not diminish sensitivity. I like it when stuff just works. Thank you!
