    主要經歷與簡歷: 
    1993年獲浙江大學碩士學位后留校任助教、講師。1997年赴日留學,2000年獲東京工業大學工學博士學位,2000年10月至02年3月為日本科學技術振興事業團(JST)研究員,02年4月至05年8月為早稻田大學客座研究員、講師。05年9月回國,任華東理工大學材料科學與工程學院教授、博士生導師。
     
    主要研究方向: 
    (1)高分子材料成型加工及其形態控制;
    (2)納米復合材料 (納米粒子分散過程及其凝聚動力學,納米復合微球);
    (3)氫鍵誘導小分子-大分子雜化體系的減震吸音機理及應用;
    (4)生物質轉化合成聚碳酸酯工程塑料。
     
    主要社會兼職:
    上海汽車工程學會節能與材料專業委員會副主任,中國塑料加工工業協會專家委員,國際聚合物加工協會(PPS)會員,日本畫像學會會員bob电竞竞猜。

    發表學術論文140余篇,申請發明專利16項(其中,中國授權2項,美國授權2項,日本授權3項);
    2010年獲上海市“大學生課外學術科技作品競賽優秀指導教師;
    2011年獲華東理工大學“育英獎”;
    指導大學生創新實踐計劃多次獲獎:
    2008年獲上海市發明協會舉辦的“科創杯”上海市大學生創造發明三等獎;
    2009年獲華東理工大學第八屆奮進杯大學生課外學術科技作品競賽特等獎,上海市第十一屆大學生課外學術科技作品競賽二等獎,第十一屆挑戰杯全國大學生科技作品競賽三等獎;
    2010年獲《工程塑料應用》雜志年度優秀科技論文獎;
    2011年獲第十二屆“挑戰杯”全國大學生科技作品競賽三等獎,并代表我校參加第五屆全國大學生創新年會。
